PRICES Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and to correct clerical omissions and errors on this web site. UK Mainland SUITABILITY AND SPECIFICATION OF THE GOODS The "Troon Footcare Centre" (Trading Name Shoozz.com) assumes that all goods ordered from them are suitable for the purpose for which they are required. The "Troon Footcare Centre" (Trading Name Shoozz.com) is not required to enquire further from the purchaser as to the use which the purchaser wishes to put the goods. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods will be used only in accordance with the specific instructions included with the packaging of the goods and "Troon Footcare Centre" (Trading Name Shoozz.com) will not be liable for any fault or defect caused as a result of the purchaser not following the specific instructions. All specifications, pictures, figures, sizes and other descriptions of the goods are approximate, and should not be relied upon by the purchaser. CANCELLATION OF ORDER Should you wish to cancel an order which was placed online please contact us as soon as possible. You can e-mail us at info@shoozz.com You may cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the product. A returned product should be in its original condition and where possible in their original packaging with your purchase receipt. The original cost of the goods will be refunded to you within 30 days of cancellation. SECURITY POLICY Our online order shopping basket form uses a secure connection. Online payments are processed through PayPal. GUARANTEE We guarantee that the goods will be free from any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service and will credit such products provided the goods complained of are returned, together with full particulars of the alleged defect. We guarantee that the goods are fit for their intended use, as set out on this web site and you are required to check the precise purpose of each product before application. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you or the consumer puts the goods to a use which is not intended. In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged or faulty, please ruturn the product in the original packaging for a full refund (including return shipping) or replacement. Should you find the goods unsuitable (wrong size or colour for example), a full refund will be offered (Please note that worn shoes are not returnable). However, you will be obliged to pay the cost of the return shipping. We will endeavour to advise and hopefully provide you with a suitable replacement - and would share the outward shipping cost on the replacement pair. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 recommended a return period of 7 working days, within which the consumer can return their goods without giving a reason, we would like to confirm that we offer the consumer the right to return their goods within 14 days.
