OUR 14 DAYS NO-QUIBBLE GUARANTEE

Dear Customer

At Shoozz.com we endeavour to offer the service we would like to experience when buying shoes ourselves. It is our intention to offer our customers a problem-free mailing service.

All products are checked prior to dispatch and should reach you undamaged and ready for use.

In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged or faulty, please return the product in the original packaging for a full refund or replacement. In addition to your refund we shall send you a cheque to the value of the return postage that you have paid.

Should you make an incorrect selection, a full refund will be offered. However, you will be obliged to pay the cost of your return shipping. (Please note that worn shoes are not returnable) In the case of replacement goods being more expensive than the returned original purchase, then please enclose the difference plus *Postage & Packaging. Should the goods that are being exchanged cost less than the original purchase price, then we shall refund the difference minus your return *Postage & Packaging charges. The outward shipping costs of the replacement pair are:

  1. *First Return - Free for the UK Mainland.

  2. * Second or Subsequent Returns - £3.99 P&P for the UK Mainland.
  3. To pay for return P&P of replacement goods please make UK cheques payable to: “Troon Footcare Centre”

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 recommended a return period of 7 working days, within which the consumer can return their goods without giving a reason, we would like to confirm that we offer the consumer the right to return their goods within 14 days. (Our 14 days No-Quibble Guarantee is our own guarantee in addition to your statutory rights)

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints: Should you have cause to complain about our service or merchandise we always endeavour to respond immediately and certainly within two working days. Please e-mail complaints@shoozz.com

Returns: 

  1. Complete the Return Form. If you are exchanging, indicate the item number, size and width of the product you are exchanging for.

  2. Pack your purchase in the original shipping box with the Return Form and a UK cheque for the relevant charges (*see above) of Postage and Packaging of the relacement item. (UK Mainland - £3.99 P&P)

  3. Return goods to Troon Footcare Centre, 26 Templehill, Troon, Ayrshire, KA10 6BE. United Kingdom

  4. Please make sure that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package (the Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates).
