It is our intention to offer our customers a problem-free mailing service. All products are checked prior to dispatch and should reach you undamaged and ready for use. In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged or faulty, please return the product in the original packaging for a full refund or replacement. In addition to your refund we shall send you a cheque to the value of the return postage that you have paid. Should you make an incorrect selection, a full refund will be offered. However, you will be obliged to pay the cost of your return shipping. (Please note that worn shoes are not returnable) In the case of replacement goods being more expensive than the returned original purchase, then please enclose the difference plus *Postage & Packaging. Should the goods that are being exchanged cost less than the original purchase price, then we shall refund the difference minus your return *Postage & Packaging charges.
